Declaration of Electronic and Tech Items for Tanzanian Customs

To ensure a smooth entry into Tanzania and avoid delays or unexpected duties at the border, we are required to submit a list of all electronic and tech equipment you’ll be bringing for the eLearning Africa exhibition - or for any related purposes.

This includes items such as mobile phones, laptops, printers, cameras, VR headsets, and other devices. The list will be shared in advance with the Tanzania Revenue Authority to help facilitate customs clearance.
Your cooperation will help ensure a hassle-free arrival.

Please note: You do not need to list personal items that you are bringing for your own use, such as your laptop or mobile phone.

Only include equipment that is being brought into the country for other purposes — for example, items intended for demonstration, display, or use at the exhibition.
